Sacred Guardians is the exciting prequel comic to Sacred Guardian Singa, set over a thousand years ago in the port city of Tumasik at the very heart of maritime Southeast Asia!

Sacred Guardians is the story of Dev, an immortal scribe from the realm of A’zhur who lives amongst humans in the port city of Tumasik. When the presence of evil threatens the peace in the region once again, Dev is instructed by the five Sacred Spirit Animals to seek out young warriors worthy enough to bond their souls with to become the powerful Sacred Guardians!

Along with their immortal mentor, the Sacred Guardians must journey to the ancient Kingdom of Kantoli in Suwarnhabhumi to defeat evil forces led by the vicious Demon King!

Featuring over 100 pages of fully-coloured artwork, Sacred Guardians is written by Aydeel Djoeharie and illustrated by Alan Bay (Pioneers of Singapore, 2019; Once Upon A Singapore…Traders, 2018)
